All enquiries come centrally through Team8 People so we can understand your context, match you with the right consultant for your needs, and make sure the fit is right before making an introduction.

Yes. If you have already worked with a Team8 People accredited consultant, or been referred to one, mention them by name in your enquiry and we'll route your enquiry directly to them.
What if there are no consultants shown in my region?
Team8 People delivers globally and regularly supports clients in regions not yet represented on the map.

How does Team8 People decide who becomes an accredited consultant?
Consultants join the network by completing one of our formal Accreditation programs — DISC Accreditation, EI Accreditation, or Combined DISC + EI.
Accreditation involves structured training, case-based learning, debrief practice, and ongoing quality standards.
Additionally, Team8 People often supports pre-accredited DISC consultants in transitioning to using Team8 People’s assessment suite with supportive onboarding training to ensure quality of standard and delivery.
Do accredited consultants deliver every Team8 People program?
Accredited consultants deliver DISC and EI assessments and debriefs, and can facilitate development workshops.
Larger multi-stakeholder engagements — Elite Team Programs, Corporate Professional Development at scale, Academic Partnership Programs — are typically led directly by Team8 People with consultant support as needed.
Can accredited consultants work with clients outside their listed region?
Yes.
Consultants often work with clients across regions and remotely. Location on the map indicates where the consultant is based, not the limit of their delivery reach.

What languages do Team8 People consultants deliver in?
