The workbook is most valuable when used alongside completed AthleteDISC, CoachDISC, and Sports ManagerDISC Profiles — many of the exercises reference individual DISC results. However, some team dynamics and general application exercises can be used as standalone content for introducing DISC concepts before profiles are completed.
