Is the TeacherDISC just a regular DISC with classroom examples?
No.
The underlying framework is the same proven DISC model, but the report content, applied strategies, and language are tailored specifically to the work teachers actually do: classroom management, differentiated instruction, parent and colleague communication, and staff team dynamics.
How does Team8 People support school leaders specifically
