How Our DISC Accreditation is Delivered
Global delivery with all six accreditation sessions run online via video conference, so practitioners worldwide can complete the work without travel. Sessions are scheduled around your availability and the pace that suits your context. In-person delivery is available on request for organizations or cohorts who would prefer it.

About the DISC Accreditation Program
How long does the DISC Accreditation take to complete?
Six one-on-one hour long sessions scheduled around your availability. Most practitioners complete the work over a few weeks, with practical application between sessions. Exact timing is confirmed during your discovery call.
I'm already DISC accredited with another provider. Can I cross over?
Yes – we've designed a pre-accredited pathway for practitioners with existing DISC credentials who want to add the Team8 People range to their toolkit. Talk to us about our Supportive Onboarding on your discovery call.
How is this different from other DISC accreditations?
