About Corporate Professional Development Programs
Can you deliver inside our existing leadership program?
Yes – many of our engagements layer Team8 People assessments and applied work into an existing program rather than replacing it. We've designed engagements that integrate cleanly with internal leadership academies, consulting partners' frameworks, and university executive education.
Do we have to use all three assessments?
No – many programs start with the Team8 DISC alone and add the EI-360 and the Team8 Leadership 360 as the program matures and the participants are ready for more. We'll talk through the right starting point for your program during your discovery call.
Can the program be delivered for a single executive rather than a cohort?
Yes – individual leader development typically combines the Team8 DISC, the EI-360, and the Team8 Leadership 360 with coaching from a Team8 People accredited practitioner – most often as part of an executive coaching engagement.
