Tailored one-on-one accreditation that gets you delivering the EI-360 inside your own practice.
Who Standalone EI Accreditation Is For

- Practitioners with existing DISC capability – whether accredited through Team8 People or another provider.
- Consultants, executive coaches, and L&D professionals choosing to focus exclusively on emotional intelligence.
- Sport psychologists and mental performance consultants adding EI to an existing assessment toolkit.
- HR and People & Culture professionals building defensible leadership development programs.
- Practitioners already delivering 360-style feedback who want a research-grounded tool to formalize the work.

EI Accreditation Quick FAQs
Do I need to be DISC accredited first?
Not necessarily – standalone EI Accreditation is designed for practitioners who already have DISC capability through another provider, or for those choosing to focus exclusively on EI. If you don't have DISC capability and aren't sure whether to add it, the combined pathway is usually more economical.
How is the EI-360 different from other emotional intelligence assessments?
The EI-360 is a true 360-degree assessment combining self-perception with structured observer feedback across the four elements and 18 competencies of the Goleman framework. Most EI assessments on the market are self-rated only, which produces blind spots in the exact places EI matters most.
Can I deliver the EI-360 alongside my existing 360 process?
Yes – many of our accredited practitioners run the EI-360 alongside their existing leadership 360 work, using the EI-360 for the emotional intelligence picture and a broader Leadership 360 for overall leadership competencies.
