Both models work. Many schools accredit a leadership team member or PL coordinator for ongoing internal use, while bringing in Team8 People consultants for whole-staff kickoff days or targeted development. We're flexible on how it fits your school, and options can be combined to create a co-facilitation approach or maximize capability.
