Each specialization uses purpose-built variants of the underlying DISC behavioral framework, the Emotional Intelligence 360 (EI 360) Assessment, and tailored Leadership 360 effectiveness reviews, alongside tailored programs designed for each context.

The Four Specializations
The underlying framework is the same proven behavioral science. What changes is the language, the examples, the way programs or services are structured, who delivers them, and the applied strategies in every report and program, so the work translates to the arena the participants actually operate in.

Why Specialize?
Most assessment providers offer one generic DISC that contains general business jargon and little application focus. Team8 People takes a different view: context matters, and behavioral insight only translates when it speaks the language of the environment the participant actually works in.
An AthleteDISC report doesn't read like a workplace assessment with 'team' replaced by 'squad.' A TacticalDISC report doesn't read like a business profile with siren imagery incorporated. A TeacherDISC report was written by people who understand the classroom and how to apply the framework.
