What is the Team8 DISC?

The Team8 DISC is a behavioral profile assessment for business leaders and professionals.

It measures how a person prefers to behave at work across the four DISC behavioral styles (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientious) and translates that insight into applied strategies for leadership, communication, recruitment, team development, sales, and change.

Because context and role are two different things...and only one needs to be built into the report.
