Administrator Login
For existing administrators managing assessments.
As an existing client managing multiple assessments, you will likely have your own ‘master’ administration login, or you may still need to establish your administrator account.
We recommend establishing an Administrator Account if you are planning to use the assessments with multiple people or groups of clients. This provides you with the additional capability to access the results from one log-in account, review the team dynamics of a group, and many more functions.
If for any reason you need to have your log in details resent, please contact the person who organized your account or contact us for assistance.
Exclusive Client Resources
Clients have access to additional client-only resources.

These resources are all available online with a password, which should have been provided to you. If it has not been provided to you, please contact your client relationship contact.
End User Access
Read below for more information on how to login to your end user account.
When you completed your initial DISC survey, an automated email was sent to you from either reports@athleteassessments1.com or reports@team8assessments.com. Refer back to this email for the unique link that allows you to log back into your End User Account (Note: there is no username or password required, only the unique link. Please read below for more detail).
If for any reason you need to have this email resent, please contact the person who organized for you to take the assessment or Contact Us for assistance.
Each person who has completed one of our assessments has their own End User Account with us. Whether you have completed an AthleteDISC, CoachDISC, or Sports ManagerDISC Profile from the athleteassessments1.com site or the Team8 DISC, TeacherDISC, or TacticalDISC on the team8assessments.com site, you will have your own personal login (emailed from either reports@athleteassessments1.com or reports@team8assessments.com, respectively). It is within your End User Account that you are able to access your results and also invite observers to complete a survey as to how they see you (optional 360 degree Observer Feedback Capability included within your profile).
